When you’re in a computer shop and there’s no photoshop installed, then what’s the recourse? Go online of course!
For those PCs with java-capable browsers, these are nice:

I discovered these neat tools when i reformatted my computer due to a virus and i still have no photoshop installed in my PC.
If you don’t have java installed, don’t fret. We can still use these:

> no plugin required but not really as extensive as other online imaging tools

> quite nice but not really my type
